BASIC/COMP: Rest Day

 

GOALS:

WOD: For wall ball ab throws you start movement on your back with toes to wall and wall ball on chest. Use your core/Hip to make momentum for the ball to hit a 5/6 ft target. Coach might draw a X on wall for you to hit!
