Goals: The weight for Sn grip DL and the HP Snatch should be very light, scale as needed
For the Strict pull ups- scale as needed with Ring rows or negatives. For the HSPU, No more than 1 ABMAT, If you need more than 1 switch to DB Presses (to strengthen your shoulders)
