Goal: A. Deadlift should be heavier than last Tuesdays 5 rep.
B. Fitness: If you want you can adjust the weight to be lighter or heavier but keep the same weight the whole work out (should be more of a tap and go). Members doing Athlete (that are changing the weights) should be more advanced
