AMRAP 30min
800m Med. Ball Run 20/14
60 wall ball sit ups 20/14
100 wall balls 20/14
60 Burpees

Goal: the run- both individuals have to run together but one holds the ball. (alternate the balls as needed) wall ball sit ups are back and forth; wall balls are both individuals facing the wall. partner A squats and throws ball to the wall, partner B catches the ball and wall balls to Partner A. Burpees -only one person can work at a time.
