GOALS:

SKILL: Should be slow until the last pull. jerk drive is weight off chest (no arms).

WOD: So this is teams of 2. As Partner A rows 200m the other rest. Once A is finished B will start his/her 200m and once that is completed move onto 2nd round. This will be 8 rounds EACH.
