BASIC/COMP: Rest Day

 

GOALS:

SKILL: Hollow rocks should be smooth (think turtle back) not a square 🙂

WOD: 30 med ball pull-up. This is with the med ball between the leg and strict! This should be very challenging (1-5 reps at time). Really try to challenge yourself on this one and get that chin inside the bar!
