10 Russian Twist 53/35
Rest 60 sec

10 Plyo PUsh ups
10 Russian Twist 53/35
Rest 60 sec

Goal: B. everything should be close to unbroken. If you can not do 10 strict unbroken RX push ups, do NOT do Plyo push ups. Also do not forget we have the sling shots for the push ups!!

Basic: Rest day
