WOD: You get entire minute of each. For Plate holds it must be the bumpers and on the the top (no steel or holding inside hole), post total time held each min. Post total DU and total Toes to Bar. Scale down will be Singles and any movement hanging from the bar for toes to bar. Remember this is for building your lats and hip strength so keep the back activated entire time!
