Power Clean & Jerk 155/105

Power Clean & Jerk 225/155

*between Sets perform 20 double Unders

Goal: B. The C&J should be heavy (challenge yourself, but should not fail any reps). Would suggest for the 5 and on to do 1 rep at a time, should not be TNG.
