GOALS:

SKILL: Strict pull-ups, add weight as needed! Chin inside bar!

WOD: All out effort each time. Try to match first and last 1k row.

 

About 1/3 of the group that CCF drove up to NYC!! So glad to see everyone have such a blast. We are already working on another trip this time into DC or Baltimore (scavenger hunt?). I will be home early next week and will update you guys with more info on the DC match!
