15 Thruster 65/45
20 Box jump 24/20
400m Run
3 min Rest

Athlete:
3 RDs
15 Thruster 95/65
20 Box jump 24/20
400m Run
3 min Rest

Goal: A. work on form and mobilize/warm up those hips before cleans
B. each round should be 95% effort. If you do it right the 3min should just be enough time to rest before next round.
