800m Run
60 Partner wall ball sit ups
50 Burpees
40m Wheelbarrow walk (20m per person)
200m Farmer Carry 73/53
40m Wheelbarrow Walk
50 Burpees
60 Partner WAll ball Sit ups
800m Run

*ONly one person can work at a time: Sit ups-both have feet against wall, partner a holds ball over head does a sit up and throws ball at wall, Partner B catches ball and goes into a sit up. Wheelbarrow walk- 20m per person but split it up as necessary. Scale down is 25 push ups.
