Burpee Box Overs
Russian Twist 53/35

Goal: B. Front Squats should be moderate weight, don’t drop the bar during the 1min on (you have a min rest between each station. Fitness can do Burpee box jumps (step down from box) Athlete you will be doing a burpee and then jumping on the box to the other side
