Congrats to Jen P. Yesterday she cleaned 115# 6 times! She told me 5min before that her 1 rep max is 115# hahah NOT anymore! Also Erin R., she was able to Box Jump 18″ for the first time (she jumped on it 3X). Dan did a 42″ seated box jump!  Nice job guys 🙂

Here is the 6am crew doing Hip Circles for Warm up. You can tell Stan really feels it in his glutes
