SKILL: Snatch complex. Remember you must squat unless it says “power” 🙂 . Keep logging these, you will see the same 3 over and over for next 12 weeks
WOD: Even though the snatch weight is light try to focus on hip power rather then the big pull. 4 minutes is short, keep moving!
