Yesterday Tara C. PR’d her 5rep Back squat by 5#, she’s now at 125. Beth H. used the 35# KB for the first time in yesterdays WOD and did awesome! Becca S. PR’d her 3 rep 1 1/4 Front Squat by 20#, went from 135 to 155#!
