SKILL: Keep form tight and see what you can pull!
WOD: on paper this WOD weight was based off of 55% your 1rm. This can vary some but that DL should feel pretty light after doing a max effort. If you are horrible at HSPU do 3/1 Push-ups (strict chest to deck, no leg touch)
