*Big Congrats to Spence H. for hitting a 5 rm DL @ 402#, Amy S. with a 220# 5 rm DL (less than 6 months ago her 1 RM was around 135) and Jen P. with a 155# 5rm DL PR. Jens last 1RM was 155!! Let us know if you hit a PR yesterday! Keep up the wonderful job athletes.
