Saturday there will only be a 9am class (no 11:30). Do to the Holiday, Sundays class will be canceled as well. Hope everyone has a great and safe holiday weekend! Will post a home WOD for Sunday!

Prowler Push 100meters

Athlete:

Prowler Push 100m

Goals: B. once you fall of pull up bar run out and do the prowler push. 50 meters down 50 meters back *do not go all the way to the 100m mark.
