B.
Fitness:
AMRAP 20:
3 Wall Walk
10 Front Squat 95/65#
200m Run

Athlete:
AMRAP 20:
10 HSPU
10 Squat Clean 135/95#
200m Run

Goal: A. http://www.catalystathletics.com/exercise/96/Muscle-Snatch/
B. If you have to use more than one abmat for HSPU then do the 3 wall walks (only 1 abmat allowed)

Maybe next time we’ll do muscle snatchs from the squat??
