SKILL: Practice driving weight off chest, testing next week!!

WOD:  Should be small burners. Might not be as aerobic challenge on this but your legs and shoulders should be taxed. Remember you can scale down or UP, if your a beefcake and can press a house add some weight. Should be a heavy 10 TnG push press/power jerk.
