Goal: B. If OH lunges are to difficult do to mobility then you can hold the kb to your side.

I guess it was PR Tuesday! Lori hit a 122# strict Press and PR’d her DT Time. Christian increased his DT weight by 10# and PR’d his time to 7:21. Becca went up 10# and PR’d her time to 9:34. Dan did DT for his first time and got 11:46. Jack PR’d his DT time as well and got 12:50, almost a min faster than last time. will it be PR Wednesday too?? 😉
