BASIC/COMP: A + B only

Goals:
A. Front Squats and OHS- Find a weight that is challenging but should not fail on any set. all from Rack
B. Weight for FS or OHS should be light, be able to move through the wod quickly. Take advantage of the rest, mobilize get on rower/walk around. Be ready for the 2nd Amrap
