SKILL: Get ready for the CCF Highland Games! Have fun and will be out in the field !

WOD: Most evil workout you will ever do. We have 5 Airdynes so we will do heats. Dig in as deep as you can for this! We are creating a new leardboard for row/bike and this will be one of them!
