BASIC/COMPETITOR: *Must read notes 🙂




SKILL: Snatch complex. This is Tech > Strength movement

WOD: For higher end athletes this is a nasty <10 min HIGH skill wod. Scale down will be HEAVY Squat Clean (if you cannot do full heavy squat snatch) and the normal 3/1 MU. It’s 3 Progressions for every MU if you have strength but need Tech work. If you need strength it’s 3 pull-ups/3 Ring Dips for every rep.
