GOALS:

SKILL: Yoke walk + core gone!

WOD: This is basically a heavy/skill day. Max DU will go fast, Then the max Bodyweight Backsquat for reps will be just a few reps for most. The dog sled will be a burner. Give it a few tries if needed until you cannot walk 🙂
