WOD: These are sprint rounds! the 10 should be unbroken or 5, short rest then 5 rep on HPS. Go HAM!

CF kid’s was once again huge! I promise we are still working on going UP and having a 1500 sqft room just for CF kids/foundations/private training/class room … yes class room! Going to start teaching you guys some stuff without a timer involved 🙂
