50m sprint

BIG DAWG:

STRENGTH- Back Squat 6-8 reps

SKILL- Hang power clean    (*form>weight)

WOD (map session- Max Aerobic Power)

3 sets of 5min Amrap

8 hang power clean

8 Burpee over bar (has to jump over no step overs)

3min rest
