200m Run
20 Wall Balls

BASIC/COMP: Rest

GOALS:
B: Athlete A runs 200m while Athlete B rest then Athlete A tags B to run the 200m. Same will go for Wall balls. Athlete A must finish all wall balls before Athlete B starts. Post total rounds as team.
