RuckFit is CLOSED today due to GORUCK challenge all night. It has been moved to this Sunday at 10:00am (just for this weekend).

 

Ok a few updates coming to website. We are adding a new tab that will be for Basic/Competitor, Events, health..etc Since this competitors program will be added as additional program (similar to RuckFit, Endurance..etc) we will have to figure out how to run it during the the process. As of right now all “Competitors” be ready to read the WOD’s here but they will be posted on Competitors Blog down the road! Monday starts the new program I have worked with all coaches on and I’ll have detailed info each day of what we expect out of it! I’m really excited to take this small program and really turn it into something big!

 

“STRENGTH”

BASIC/COMPETITOR:

A. Snatch 1rm

B. Clean and JErk 1rrm

GOALS:

BASIC/COMPETITOR: This will be a continue test each weekend! Don’t worry about PR just got by feel

WOD:  The shoulder to overhead should be light enough to be unbroken and push press/Push Jerk. Find a strong pace on first round and hold that for all 8! This will add up fast 🙂
