A. Snatch 1rm

B. Clean and Jerk 1rm

GOALS:

BASIC/COMPETITOR: Find a good 1rm

WOD:

*This is teams of 2, one works at time. Split up run into 200m repeats

*Scale is 150 Push-ups as team, Power Cleans is scale for stones.

*if 3 person teams will be 1.5 mile each, 75 reps of movments
