Competitors meet-up tonight at 6:30pm in coaches room! Will be going over details of how the program will be run and any Q&A ! Will be a lot of fun and excited to see who can make it!

Also good article. I program everything so you guys shouldn’t have a issue with this (e.g.: doing a 20+ min high intensity workout everyday). Always some good articles from this blog!

GOALS:

SKILL: Same as last week, try to find a way to open hips more to be explosive!

WOD: will be a fun “burner”, weights should be light enough to move at good pace, those last 30 thrusters should be hardest part 🙂
