Heavy Single Hang Power Snatch



5 rounds for time:

10 Hang Power Snatch 95/65#

25 Goblet Squat 53/35#



SKILL: Work with coach on form, that is everything!

WOD: Should be a good burner, GS should be challenging but nothing crazy heavy. Scale all the way down to normal Air Squats if needed!


Maybe this will get some of you ladies to push harder on the AirDyne 🙂
