COMPETITOR:

A. 3 position hang clean Heavy Single

B. Back Squat 8 sets @ 80% max

C. Def Deadlift @3031 10.8.8.6.6; rest 3:00

D. WOD

 

SKILL:

Heavy Single Power Clean

 

WOD:

5 rounds for time:

5 Power Clean 185/110#

20 OH Lunge Alt 45/25#

200m Run

rest 2 min

 

GOALS:

BASIC: Squat Clean is NOT tap n go.

COMPETITOR: Def deadlift is done on plate, show good tempo

WOD: Should be able to burn each round unbroken, scale as needed!
