3 Thrusters top of every minute@ 115/75#
BASIC: NOT TnG for squat clean. Add weight from last for OTM
WOD: similar to hero wod, the thrusters should be unbroken but on heavier side. Challenge yourself and figure out how to attack this one. Crush some burpees and try to survive the last half or find a comfortable number and keep a steady pace. What to do!?
