Double “Holleyman”

60 Rounds for Time:

5 x Wall Ball Shots [20/14]

3 x Handstand Push-Ups / Modified Handstand Push-Ups / Push-Ups

1x Power Clean at [225/155, 185/125, 135/95 *This is supposed to be HEAVY*]

[Teams of Two. Partner A completes one round, Partner B completes the next consecutive round and alternate through all rounds. Each Partner does 30 Rounds total.]
