Warm Up:  3X-  10m shuttle run, 5 push ups, 10 squats

WOD: 5 rounds

5 Wall Balls

5 Sit Ups (with med. ball if possible)

40m run with med ball over head



Warm Up: Dynamic

Strength: 5 heavy Front Squat

WOD: 12min AMRAP

20 Wall Balls

100m Run with Wall Ball over head
