AMRAP 20:

20 GTOH 45/25#

20 Push-up

20 Lunge OH w/45/25#

 

GOALS:

WOD: Get one plate the entire time, up to coach if the lunges can we walking (due to room). OH lunge cannot rest on your head and you must use bumper plates. It’s 10 each leg alt, so 20 total.
