Pre-Class Strength Training

Competitors, please treat this week as a “low-volume” week. Make it a time to enjoy classes, hit some extra mobility, and re-establish your goals for the upcoming year.

In-Class Session

Strength Work

 Back Squats

Bench Press

3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3

Deadlift

2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

[For each movement there are five “work sets” these sets DO NOT include your warm up sets; ideally 2-3 sets then go into your work sets. Rest AT least 2 Minutes between sets during today’s strength work]

Post-Class Accessory Work

3 sets:

8x CrossOver Symmetry W/Y, Reverse Flys, and Shoulder Extension

12x Back Extension on GHD @3.1.x.3.
