Goals:

LVL1 & LVL2- lots of mobility. REMINDER: YOGO is at 6:30pm (free with your membership)!

WOD-  DL weight  should not feel to heavy, should be able to move through it but break it up in sets because it will add up quickly. Same for Toes to Bars.

 

* sorry for a short post tonight guys. Todays been a long day (its paige by the way). Garrett’s surgery is all done and still at the hospital recovering. They should be letting him out tomorrow. Thank you all for the support today. Received lots of emails and messages . This is why we love CCF so much. Truly feels like a big family and Garrett and I are very blessed to have you all in our lives.
