A.Deadlift 5 x 5 @31X1

B. 50m Prowler Push x 4-6 reps @ 100%

C. 50-100 Hollow Rocks

BASIC/COMP: Rest Day

GOALS:
A: 3 second control on way down
B: Will be in Weightlifting room using the turf. Only 1 will go at time, these are max effort sprints that should take about 30 seconds. Add weight as needed
C: Treat as cash out
