Clean and Jerk Work

Complete 6 x 1 all at 85%

In-Class Session

Strength:

Build to 80% Clean and Jerk in 10 minutes

Workout of the Day

Every 3:00 for 18:00 (6 sets) complete the following

15x Clean and Jerks [135/95; 95/65]

60x DU [90x DU for Athlete]

*Each round add 10-20lbs to the clean and jerk and subtract 2 reps*

Post Class Accessory Work

3 sets:

Unbroken Deadlifts x 20 @225/155

25x GHDSU
