We will team everyone up to judge/count reps to help push you guys. This should be a lot of fun but be careful on the 1RM clean and Jerk after all the shoulder/hip movements. I’d suggest just giving yourself only 2-3 attempts at the 1RM. Goodluck everyone!
Power Athletes breaking in the new addition to the gym. Will be basically done today. We are working on getting the pull-up bars in the next few weeks. We will also be moving some other things around in the gym to have a better flow of the box.
