A: use Odd from last weeks 1rm
B: 10 hang cleans can be power or squat

As you guys can notice the lobby might be a mess for another a day or 2 while we are doing construction on the expansion. Hopefully by tonight it will look like a new lobby!

Also I’ll remind everyone again next week but Feb 28th – March 1 the gym will be CLOSED. We are hosting a big Pro-day event. You are more then welcome to stop by it’s free but fair warning parking might be crazy!
