Members do not forget the FREE Nutrition seminar with Scot,t from Custom Fit Meals, this Thursday at 5:30pm. The CrossFit 5:30pm class is canceled but we promise this seminar is worth it! If you can please sign up on the events board so we can get the right amount of chairs.

This Saturday Coach Josh and Coach JC and Sunday members Anna and Chris M. will be competing in the Gemini Games at Titan Crossfit. Come cheer them on and help represent CCF!

Also we would like to welcome back Liz and Tony to CCF and congratulate them on their new engagement. We are very happy to have you two back and so excited for you guys.

WOD: Go 100% on 2k row. rest 5 min then use 3 minutes for max Double unders or Singles
