Hang Squat Clean. Front Squat. 1.3 x 5 sets

For time:
40 Deadlift 155/105#
40 No push-up burpee over bar
40 Russian Twist 53/35#
10 Thrusters 144/105#

Skill: 1 Hang Clean, 3 fs = 1 set
WOD: See video for Russian twist, make sure you show full control on all reps. For no push-up burpee you must go down into full push-up position (hips level w/shoulders) and then jump over bar. This should go FAST!
